Client Reporting

We issue extensive financial reports to all our clients and their professional service providers. Reports that we provide include, but are not limited to:

  • Portfolio Summary and Appraisal
  • Portfolio performance reports
  • Net Income Reports including dividend and interest summary
  • Realized and unrealized gains and losses
  • A comprehensive year-end tax planning report to aid in tax preparation


We own and support our own highly sophisticated information systems as well as leverage standard industry systems to manage the portfolio data information. We utilize the latest industry software offerings to ensure we have access to current market pricing information and news.

We take business continuity very seriously. In the event of a disaster or restricted access, we support a fully operational offsite physical location as well as a cloud based data recovery system.

The firm’s website includes a client portal to allow access people to view portfolio reports electronically.


The firm’s managers and clients can work directly with our cashiering department to set up cash transfers on a scheduled or periodic basis. The cashiers also work on cash gifting.


The Documents Department works closely on a number of key processes that includes, but is not limited to:

  • New account openings and account closings
  • On-boarding assets
  • Security transfers
  • Gifting

Trade Settlement & Portfolio Auditing

The firm works with partner firms to settle all trades and ensure settlements are done accurately and in a timely manner.

Our audit and reconciliation department ensures our books and records match the bank custodian’s books and records. Clients can take comfort in our duplicate accounting system to eliminate bookkeeping errors.
